I must first save it, open Excel and then find the file to open it. Does anybody else have any suggestions? The performance issues were solved, but the blank message bodies and attachments are still happening and getting worse. And all the attachments so far open from webmail just fine. Excel 2007 would open but gray screen. I was tired of Excel opening additional documents within the same instance, so I looked into how to force it to open a new instance for each file. To us it seems issue during exchange migration from Lotus Notes to Outlook. All we had to do was to minimize excel 2007 and it would pop right back up with the file we had just tried to open. This sounds similar to an issue we were having. I'm on Win 10 with Excel 2016 32-bit. However, this broke the mouse.
Unless they have downloaded something, which they swear they didn't, they can open any attachment just fine and see it.
