You might be curious if your Silverado speedometer problems may be caused by a faulty speed sensor or speedometer cable. Well I have reported it since 55000!!! The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. I could be in a neighborhood and im going faster then my gauges can read. Jack-up and properly support the front of the vehicle on jeck stands. This may cause inaccurate readings, including the speedometer and fuel gauge. Then another gauge, gas gauge, wouldn't work and turn it off and start, later it would be normal.
